高山姬鼠(Apodmus chevrieri)种群年龄结构的判别模型
Discriminatory Model of the Age Structure of Apodmus Chevrieri Population
【摘要】 利用高山姬鼠(Apodmuschevrieri)头骨度量的8项指标:颅全长X1,颅基长X2,基底长X3,颧宽X4,眶间宽X5,齿隙长X6,上裂齿长X7和门齿孔长X8,应用多元统计分析方法,建立了其种群年龄结构的判别函数:Y1=81 16X1-1001 78.Y2=88 71X1-1194 69.Y3=93 42X1-1324 81.Y4=96 92X1-1427 00.Y5=102 22X1-1586 28.将头骨的度量X1分别代入方程计算,若Yi=Ymax(Y1,Y2,Y3,Y4,Y5),则高山姬鼠于Yi年龄组.
【Abstract】 According to the eight factors of the skull of the Apodmus Chevrieri X1-the maximum cranial length; X2-the basis length; X3-the basialvedor length; X4-the bizygomatic breadth; X5-the interorbital breadth; X6-the diastema length;X7-the length of the upper carnassial tooth; X8-the length of insisor foramen, based on the multivariate statistical analysis, we have got the discriminatory models on age structure of the Apodmus Chevrieri Population:Y1=81.16X1-1001.78,Y2=88.71X1-1194.69,Y3=93.42X1-1324.81,Y4=96.92X1-1427.00,Y5=102.22X1-1586.28,Substitute the factor X1 into these models and calculate, if Yi=Ymax{Y1,Y2,Y3,Y4,Y5},then the Apodmus Chevrieribelongs to the Yi age group.
