【Abstract】 Through analyzing 2002 reports on environmental quality on all the cities of Henan under the Jurisdiction,this paper presents establishing criterions at provincial level in allusion to the key problem on compiling.The purpose is to unify evaluative methods,models and items,to improve qualitative analysis of environmental quality,to do more analysis of their changes,to increase the report’s sociality and readability,to develop multiformal intercommunion and improve the whole compiling level of the yearly reports on environmental qua-lity.更多还原
