【摘要】 目的　观察阿魏酸钠注射液对小儿紫癜性肾炎的近期临床疗效。方法　将符合标准的 5 6例小儿紫癜性肾炎随机分为两组 ,观察组和治疗组各 2 8例 ,观察组给阿魏酸钠注射液 5mg/kg ,缓慢静滴 ,每日 1次 ,2周为 1疗程 ;对照组则给肾上腺皮质激素、维生素C和潘生丁治疗 ,统一疗效标准。结果　观察组显效 18例 ,有效 6例 ,好转 2例 ,总有效率 92 .8%。而对照组分别为 6例、10例 ,5例有效率 75 .0 % ,两组差异显著 (χ2 =11.0 7,P <0 .0 5 ) ,无不良反应。结论　用阿魏酸钠注射液治疗小儿紫癜性肾炎 ,具有起效快、疗效高、副作用少等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of sodium ferulate injection in children with HSPN recently. Methods 56 Cases with HSPN were randomly divided into two groups, 28 cases of them was the observe group, received sodium ferulate injection 5mg/(kg·d) (intravenous drip slouty, qd, two weeks for each period of treatment). 28 cases of them was the control group, received Contlicasteriods, Vitmic C and Dipyridamole,the period and Standard of treatment was the same with the observe group. Results In the observe group, 18 of 28 cases were Marked, 6 was effective, 2 was improved, the total effective rate was 92.8%. In the control group, it was 6、10、5 and 75% respectively. There was significantly difference (χ 2=11.07,P<0.05) between two groups. There was no side effects. Conclution HSPN treated with sodium ferulate injection was quick and high worth clinical spreding and appling.更多还原
