【Abstract】 The Chinese Islamic newspapers and periodicals had been unprecedented developed during 20 years before the War of Resistance Against Japan. In this period, Islamic publications formed its own style because of the ensure from the exoteric and active Islamic activities of that time, the contents of the publications was enriched by the vigorous rising of the New Culture Movement of Muslims, and it became important position to express ethnic emotions during a times of queasy and turbulent.
