【摘要】 目的　探讨男性儿童会阴部热液烧伤的临床特点与处理。方法　对 4 3例男性会阴部热液烧伤儿童进行如下处理 :会阴部创面用 0 .5 %碘伏涂搽 ,阴囊水肿用适当大小的弹力套套在阴囊上 ,采用仰卧和俯卧交替体位 ,包皮口水肿及时插入导尿管 ,插入困难时纵切包皮后再插。结果　 4 3例患儿均痊愈。结论　男性儿童会阴部热液烧伤后易出现阴囊水肿和包皮口水肿 ,0 .5 %碘伏可使会阴创面愈合 ,阴囊弹力套和仰卧俯卧交替可促进水肿消退 ,早期包皮口水肿插入导尿管可避免排尿困难的产生和包皮纵切术更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical characters and treatment of the male children burned in the perineum.Methods 43 male children with perineum burn were treated as follows: 0.5% Polyvidone-Iodine was applied to the burned perineum. The elastic covers of suitable size were used over the scrotums with alternative supine and prone positions after scrotal edema. Catheters were used in time when edema of the preputial orifices occurred, or after preputiotomy was performed if catheterization was difficult to manipulate.Results All the burned children were cured.Conclusion Edema of the scrotum and the preputial orifice easily occurs in the male children burned in the perineum. Application of 0.5% Polyvidone-Iodine can cure the children, elastic cover and alternation of supine and prone positions can accelerate the extinction of scrotal edema, and at an early stage of edema of the preputial orifices, prompt catheterization can prevent dysuria and preputiotomy may be avoided.更多还原
