铅对生长发育期小鼠脑组织一氧化氮含量的影响

【摘要】 目的 研究铅对生长发育期小鼠脑组织一氧化氮 (Nitricoxide ,NO)含量的影响。方法 将 6 2只Babl/C近交系小鼠随机分成四组 :高铅组 (0 .0 75 %醋酸铅 )、中铅组 (0 .0 5 %醋酸铅 )、低铅组 (0 .0 2 5 %醋酸铅 )、对照组(蒸馏水 ) ,每组小鼠用相应浓度的醋酸铅溶液经饮水染毒 8周后 ,测定小鼠脑组织NO含量。结果 各铅染毒组与对照组相比体重增长减缓 ,其中 0 .0 75 %组体重增长减缓显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。与对照组相比 ,铅染毒小鼠脑内NO含量下降 ,其中 0 .0 75 %组与对照组比较下降明显 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 铅染毒使生长发育期小鼠体重增长减缓 ,且抑制小鼠脑内NO的合成。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of lead exposure on content of brain NO in growing mice.Methods 60 Babl/c sib rats were divided into 4 groups randomly, the numbers of male and female were same in every group. Each group had been treated with 0.075%(high lead group), 0.05%(medium lead group), 0.025%(low lead group) lead acetate in drinking water and distilled water (control group) for 8 weeks respectively. The NO contents of mice brains in every group were detected.Results The weights of mice were treated with different concentration of lead were growing more slowly than weight of the control group, especially that of the high lead group. The effect of lead exposure on content NO in mice brains was that NO contents were suppressed in every lead exposure group and especially in the high lead group compared with that in the control group.Conclusion Lead exposure can lead to growing rats growing more slowly and inhibition of NO synthesis in rat brains.
