【摘要】 目的　评价机械吻合在颈部胃食管吻合术中的可行性和远期疗效。方法　自 2 0 0 1年 4月到 2 0 0 2年 6月间行颈部胃食管吻合术 1 1 8例 ,其中 98例行手工吻合 (手工组 ) ,2 0例行吻合器吻合 (机械组 ) ,统计二组术后 3月、6月和 1 2月进食梗阻各发生的例数。结果　颈部胃食管吻合手工组术后 3月、6月和 1 2月进食梗阻发生率分别为 35 .7%、2 6 .5 %和 2 3.5 % ,机械组发生率分别为 1 5 .0 %、1 0 .0 %和 1 0 .0 %。结论　应用短杆插件式吻合器在颈部胃食管吻合中使用方便、可靠 ,术后吻合口狭窄发生率明显低于传统手工吻合更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the feasibility and long\|term effectiveness of the mechanical cervical esophagogastric anastomosis.Methods From April 2001 to June 2002, 118 patients underwent either hand\|sewn(Group H, n=98) or mechanical(Group M, n=20) cervical esophagogastric anastomosis. The cases of postoperative dysphagia rate were analyzed on 3,6,and 12 months after operation.Results The occurrences of dysphagia rate in the group H on 3,6 and 12 months after operation were 35.7%, 26.5% and 23.5% respectively, while in the group M were 15%, 10% and 10% respectively.Conclusion Mechanical cervical esophagogastric anastomosis was safe and convenient and the occurrence of dysphagia rate was lower than those anastomosed with hand-sewn.更多还原
