【摘要】 对新乡市民日常食用的主要蔬菜硝酸盐含量进行了调查。发现新乡市蔬菜硝酸盐污染普遍。其NO3-含量依次为绿叶菜类>根菜类>瓜类>茄果类>白菜类。硝酸盐的累积量在蔬菜的种、部位间差异很大。针对新乡市蔬菜硝酸盐污染现状,提出了降低蔬菜硝酸盐污染的措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 We studied the contents of nitrate in the vegetable for people’s everyday eat in Xinxiang area and found that in the vegetable,i.e.,leaf vegetable >root vegetable>gourds>egg plant>cabbage.And nitrate accumulation,various vegetable species and place were found different.The author prospected the measure of reducing the pollution of nitrate in the vegetable on the base of pollution present in Xinxiang area.更多还原
