Diversity and Empolder of the Pumpkin
【摘要】 从物种的多样性、遗传的多样性、用途的多样性三方面阐述了南瓜的多样性特点;作为当今新兴的功能性保健食品,介绍了南瓜的成份、功能和开发利用前景。
