推导Ordered Bi Bi机制速度方程的新方法(英文)
A new method on the deduction of rate equation for Ordered Bi Bi mechanism
【摘要】 阐述推导OrderedBiBi机制速度方程的新方法:(1)引入新的公因子:1/coefAB;(2)V1、V2分别以V1=num1coefAB[E0]、 V2=num2CoefPQ[E0]的形式代入推导过程;(3)不需要引用Haldane方程化简.
【Abstract】 A new method on the deduction of rate equation for Ordered Bi Bi mechanism has been introduced in this paper:(1) A new common factor (1/coefAB)has been used in the deduction;(2) New forms (V1=num1coefAB[E0]and V2=num2coefPQ[E0])have been taken here instead of old enzyme kinetic constants (V1=num1coefAB and V2=num2coefPQ) in the deducing procedure. (3) According to this new method,there is no need to take the Haldane equation for the simplification of the deduction as we usually use.
