【Abstract】 A new method on the deduction of rate equation for Ordered Bi Bi mechanism has been introduced in this paper:（1） A new common factor (1/coef_AB)has been used in the deduction;（2） New forms (V₁=num₁coef_AB[E₀]and V₂=num₂coef_PQ[E₀])have been taken here instead of old enzyme kinetic constants (V₁=num₁coef_AB and V₂=num₂coef_PQ) in the deducing procedure. （3） According to this new method,there is no need to take the Haldane equation for the simplification of the deduction as we usually use.更多还原
