1-(四氢呋喃-2-基)-3-[4-(O,O-二烷基硫代磷酰基,S-亚甲基羰基氧代)丁基]-5-氟尿嘧啶的合成
Synthesis of 1-(tetrahydrofuran-2-yl)-3--5-fluorouracil
【Abstract】 The title compounds were prepared by the reactions of 1-(tetrahydrofuran-2-yl)-3--5-fluorouracil with O,O-dithiophosphoryl acetic acids. The structures of the title compounds were confirmed by IR, MS, ()~1H NMR spectra and elemental analysis.
