【摘要】 新中国农村土地经营方式的变化引起了中国农村基层政权的变革 ,经历了建国初期的乡镇政权、政社合一的人民公社、十一届三中全会后的乡镇政权三次变迁。相对于经济领域的变革 ,农村政治体制的变革就滞后了许多。这在很大程度上消解了农村土地经营方式变革所带来的正面效应。因此 ,对我国农村政治制度创新的研究具有十分重要的现实意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development in land management in rural areas of new China led to three reformations of the rural governing system: that in the early days of new China, the People’s Commune that integrating both politics and production, and that after the 3rd Session of the 11th Central Committee of CCP. Compared with that in economic field, the political system reformation in rural areas lags much behind, which reduces to a great extent the positive effect of the new management of land. Therefore, it is realistic and significant to study in depth the political system reformation in rural areas of China.更多还原
