【摘要】 社区服务作为一项新型的服务事业,在我国社区建设与发展中有重要作用,目前,在理论界尚存在对其投资主体、服务客体、性质和功能等方面的争议,就其价值取向应定位于社区服务是一种公益性的有偿服务,应对其内容和项目进行甄别分析,建立相应的运作机制,确保社区服务健康发展。今后应从拓展社区服务内容,强化社区服务多种功能,建立相应的发展基金,提高服务的专业化水平等方面入手,进一步深化发展,提高社区服务工作。更多还原
