【摘要】 采用盆栽结瘤实验法对从 6省市采集的 18份土样中分离的 16 0株大豆根瘤菌进行了结瘤与共生固氮效率的比较测定 ,从中筛选出固氮效率较高的菌株ZX2 0和SMH12。通过测定 2株菌的竞争结瘤能力 ,确认其可以进入小区田间试验。更多还原

【Abstract】 By using pot plant test method, 160 strains isolated f ro m 18 samples of 6 provinces were identified with their nodulation and nitrogen f ixation efficiency. Of them, high efficient strains of ZX20 and SMH12 were scree ned. Then through competitive nodulation experiments, strain ZX20 and SMH12 was proved to be suitable for large field experiments.更多还原
