【摘要】 采用有机溶剂提取类胡萝卜素 ,对冻干菹草类胡萝卜素的浸提条件进行了研究 ,得到的最佳参数是 :浸提液为石油醚 -丙酮 (1∶3,v/v)混合溶剂 ,料液比为 90mL/ g ,在常温下分 3次浸提 ,总浸提时间为 1.5h。在此条件下冻干菹草粉中总类胡萝卜素的提取率为 95 .5 %。更多还原

【Abstract】 The optimum conditions for extraction of total carotenoi ds from freeze dried Potamogeton crispus L. powder were studied as follows: petroleum ether-acetone(1∶3,v/v) used as extracting solvent, the ratio of solvent volume to the material amount was 90 mL/g, extracting 3 times at room te mperature, total extracting time was 1.5 h, the extraction ratio of total carote noids was 95.5%.更多还原
