ALA对两系杂交粳稻籽粒灌浆和产量的影响

【摘要】 以两系杂交粳稻鄂粳杂 1号为材料 ,研究了在始穗期喷施不同浓度 (10、30和 5 0mg/L )的 5 -氨基酮戊酸 (5 -Aminolevulinicacid ,ALA)对两系杂交粳稻籽粒灌浆和产量的影响。结果表明 :与对照相比 ,10~ 5 0mg/LALA处理使产量、结实率、千粒重分别增加了 6 .97%~ 12 .0 2 %、7.33%~ 12 .18%、0 .2 8%~1.4 6 % ,其中以 30mg/LALA处理增产效果最大 ,与对照差异极显著。ALA处理缓解了两系杂交粳稻的异步灌浆现象 ,减弱了强势粒对弱势粒籽粒灌浆充实的抑制 ,促进弱势粒提早启动灌浆 ,并提高其灌浆速率 ,说明ALA处理提高两系杂交粳稻的产量和结实率 ,主要是通过提高弱势粒的灌浆充实率和粒重来实现的。

【Abstract】 Using the Twoline Japonica Hybrid rice Ejingza 1 as ma terial, effects of different concentrations (10 mg/L?30 mg/L?50 mg/L) of 5Am inolevulinic acid (ALA) applied at initial heading stage on the grain filling an d yield of the twoline Japonica hybrid rice were studied. The results were as follows: Compared with the control, 10~50 mg/L ALA increased grain yield, grain ripening percentage and 1 000 grains weight by 6.97%~12.02%, 7.33%~12.18%, 0. 28%~1.46% ,respectively. The concentration of 30 mg/L ALA possessed the highest yield, and the difference of yield between 30 mg/L ALA treatment and the contro l was significant. The effects of ALA on the grain filling characteristic parame ters of different grain potential indicated that ALA relaxed the asynchronous pr ocess of superior and inferior grains, declined the suppression of the former on the latter, promoted the grain filling process of inferior grains and increased their mean filling rate. The increment of yield and grain ripening percentage o f rice treated with ALA was mainly realized through increasing grain filling rat e and grain weight of inferior grains.
