【摘要】 以针刺接种法研究了 2 0个水稻品种与 4 0株稻细条病菌的互作关系 ,并通过对品种抗感性和生育性的比较 ,选出金刚 30、窄叶青、XM5、XM 6、M 4 1作为鉴别品种 ,将 4 0株稻细条病菌划分成 0、Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ等 7个型 ,各型的反应模式依次为 :RRRRR、SRRRR、SSRRR、SSSRR、SSSSR、SSRSR、SRSRRR ;在湖北种植条件下 ,此套鉴别品种可以鉴别出病菌毒力呈强弱性反应的数量变化和呈互作交叉性反应的质量变化。更多还原

【Abstract】 The interaction of 20 rice varieties and 40 strains of Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzicola was studied by the pin prick method of inoculation. Jingang30,Zhaiyeqing,XM5,XM6 and M41 were selected as critical host from 20 rice varieties according to resistance susceptibility and period of growth of these rice cultivars.40 strains were classified into seven pathotypes.The virulent patterns of pathotypes 0,Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ,Ⅵ on the critical hosts were RRRRR,SRRRR,SSRRR,SSSRR,SSSSR,SSRSR,SRSRRR respectively. The virulence of tested strains could be differentiated to show the quantity variation from weak to strong and the quality variation crossed interaction by this set of critical cultivars in the growth condition of Hubei Province.更多还原
