【摘要】 将自然发病的肺动脉高压综合征艾维茵商品代肉鸡按日龄分组 ,右心导管法测定平均肺动脉压(PAPm) ,根据腹水量确定各组内腹水程度 ,设无腹水的正常鸡作对照 ,并进行显著性比较。结果 :(1) 2 4、36日龄组发病鸡的PAPm均极显著高于同日龄的正常鸡 ,30日龄组发病鸡显著高于正常鸡 ,4 2日龄组发病鸡高于正常鸡 (8.3% )但无显著性差异。 (2 )发病鸡的PAPm在 30日龄时极显著高于 2 4日龄 ;36日龄时显著高于 30日龄 ;4 0日龄时低于 36日龄 (4.3% ) ,但差异不显著。 (3)发病鸡的PAPm与腹水量间呈极显著正相关。结果表明 ,PAPm在本病发生和发展过程中都起着重要作用 ,并且与本病致死率有一定联系。更多还原

【Abstract】 AA commercial broiler chickens with Pulmonary Hypertension Syndrome (PHS,Ascites Syndrome) naturally were divided into 4 groups according to the days of age. Each group was determined to the degrees of PHS by the ascites volume.The mean pulmonary artery pressure (PAPm) were measured by right cardiac catheter,then compared with healthy control chickens.The results showed that:(1) The PAPm of ascites broiler was more significantly higher than that of normal broiler at the age of 24、36 days(P<0.01),and was significantly higher than normal’s at 30 days of age(P<0.05).But there’s no significant difference at the age of 42 days between ascites and control chickens.(2) At the age of 30 days,the PAPm in ascites broiler was more significantly higher than control broiler at the 24th days(P<0.01),and was significantly lower than those at the age of 36 days (P<0.05).However,it didn’t decline at the 42nd days significantly.(3) The most significant correlation was found between ascites volume and PAPm.Research shows that PAPm played an important role in progress of PHS,and some relations on fatality rate with PAPm was existed.更多还原
