金针菇液体培养生产多糖的研究(英文)

【摘要】 对不同菌株、不同培养基和培养时间对金针菇菌丝体产量和金针菇多糖产量的影响进行了研究,并对金针菇胞外多糖进行了紫外和红外分析。结果表明,金针菇12号菌株在液体培养基中培养10~11 d时金针菇菌丝多糖含量和金针菇菌丝体产量最高,金针菇胞外多糖产量较高。紫外和红外分析结果表明,本研究所分离的金针菇胞外多糖为一种含β型吡喃糖苷键的纯多糖。采用不同的培养基对金针菇胞外多糖的主体结构影响不明显,均有相似的多糖特征峰和β型吡喃糖苷键吸收峰。但采用玉米、黄豆等配制的培养基更有利于工业化生产金针菇多糖。

【Abstract】 The effect of different strains,different culture media and culture time on the yields of mycelia and polysaccharide of Flammulina. velutipes was studied , and the polysaccharide of F. velutipes was carried out UV and IR analysis. The results indicated that when F. velutipes No. 12 strain was cultivated between 10 d and 11 d in the liquid culture medium, the yields of mycelia and mycelial polysaccharide of F. velutipes were the highest,and the exopolysaccharide yield was higher. The results of UV and IR analysis indicated that the exopolysaccharide was a kind of β-type pyranoside linkage pure polysaccharide . The effect of different culture media on the main structure of the exopolysaccharide was no obvious, the exopolysaccharides were revealed similar UV and IR spectrum. However, adopting the fermented medium that was made up of corn powder and soybean powder etc was favorable indus-tralization of polysaccharide production of F. velutipes.
