Zr取代对(PbCa)(MgNb)O3微波介电性能的影响
Influence of Zr substitution on the microwave dielectric properties of (PbCa)(MgNb)O3
【摘要】 研究了B位Zr4+ 取代对 (Pb0 .4Ca0 .6) (Mg1 /3 Nb2 /3 )O3 体系结构及介电性能的影响 .研究表明在B位进行Zr取代后 ,对体系的烧结性能、微波介电性能都有比较明显的影响 .随着Zr取代量的增加 ,体系的体密度 ,相对介电常数都有了大幅度的提高 ;Qf0 值和τf 值也都随着取代量的增加而上升 ,最后达到饱和 .当烧结温度为 1 2 6 0℃ (2 .5h)时 ,组成为 (Pb0 .4Ca0 .6) { (Mg1 /3 Nb2 /3 ) 0 .97Zr0 .0 3 }O3 的陶瓷样品微波性能为 :εr=6 3.2 ,Qf0 =6 972GHz ,τf=1 9.8× 1 0 -6/℃ .
【Abstract】 The influence of Zr 4+ substitution at B site of perovskite structure in (Pb 0.4 Ca 0.6 ) (Mg 1/3 Nb 2/3 )O 3 system on the microwave properties and crystal structures was studied. The results showed that Zr substitution at B site had effect on the sintering of the system and its microwave dielectric properties. With the increase of Zr content, bulk densities of the system and its dielectric constants increased. The Qf 0 value and the τ f value increased to be saturated. The microwave properties of (Pb 0.4 Ca 0.6 ) {(Mg 1/3 Nb 2/3 ) 0.97 Zr 0.03 }O 3 ceramic sintered at 1?260?℃(2.5?h), ε r=63.2, Qf 0 =6?972?GHz, τ f =19.8×10 -6 /℃.
