光学相干层析系统的纵向扫描方式研究
The longitudinal scanning measures for opticalcoherent tomography (OCT) systems
【摘要】 基于光学相干层析 (OCT)系统工作原理 ,对OCT系统的几种纵向扫描方式包括压电跃变方式扫描、旋转反射镜阵列扫描、飞秒激光器扫描以及自行设计研制的凸轮机构扫描方式进行了详细的理论分析 ,并对凸轮扫描机构进行了实验研究 ,对这几种扫描方式的优缺点做了比较 ,对提高纵向分辨率的因素进行了讨论 .
【Abstract】 Based on the working principle of the OCT system, the theoretical analysis on several longitudinal scanning measures, including piezoelectric transition (PZT) scanning, rotating mirror array scanning, femto-laser scanning and manufactured cam wheel transmission of OCT system were made. The experimental study on cam wheel transmission was conducted. The merits of these scanning methods and their demerits were compared and the improvement of longitudinal resolution of these scanning manners was discussed.
