半双工RS-485收发器的发送电路设计
The design of transmitting circuit of half-duplex RS-485 communication transceiver
【摘要】 介绍了一种半双工RS 4 85通信收发器的发送电路的设计 ,该电路具有数据传输率高 ( 2 .5Mbit/s)、大驱动电流 (可驱动 32个收发器 )的特点 ,且具有高电压保护和过流保护的功能 .为了进一步提高电路性能 ,在设计中灵活运用了肖特基势垒二极管 .并用candence公司的spectre进行仿真 ,结果表明可实现预定目标
【Abstract】 This paper introduced the design of transmitting circ ui t of half-duplex RS-485 communication transceiver. It was characterized by hig h speed (2.5?Mbit/s), great driven current (able to drive 32 transceivers), and protection against high voltage and supercurrent. In order to improve the circu it performance, Schottky barrier diode was used. Spectre software was used to si mulate and verify the design. The simulation results indicated that the design a chieved the goals expected.
