一种新型含氮环氧树脂的合成

【摘要】 以苯酚、二甲苯甲醛树脂(XF)和三(2,3-环氧丙基)异氰脲酸酯(又称异氰脲酸三缩水甘油酯,triglycidylisocyanurate,TGIC)为原料,经两步反应合成了一种新型含氮阻燃环氧树脂.采用GPC监测反应过程和转化率、IR和1H-NMR表征了该树脂的结构.通过该两步反应的研究,确定了苯酚改性二甲苯甲醛树脂(PXF)的最佳合成工艺,在碱性条件下PXF树脂与TGIC进行开环反应,制得了TGIC转化率85%以上的含氮环氧树脂,其环氧值在0.30~0.40eq/100g可调.

【Abstract】 A novel nitrogen-containing epoxy resin was synthesized by phenol, xylene-formaldehyde resin (XF) and triglycidyl isocyanurate (TGIC)through two reactions. The reaction process and conversion were monitored by gel permeation chromatography (GPC). The proposed structure of the nitrogen-containing epoxy resin was confirmed by FT-IR and ()~1H-NMR. The optimal synthetical conditions of phenol modified xylene-formaldehyde resin (PXF) were obtained through the study effect of different reaction conditions. The nitrogen-containing epoxy resin was prepared via the ring-open reaction of PXF resin and TGIC under base, in which the conversion of TGIC was beyond 85% from GPC determination.The epoxy value of the novel epoxy resin could be 0.30-0.40 eq/100 g varied with different reaction conditions.
