脂肪酶在聚乙二醇二丙烯酸酯交联聚合物上的固定化
Immobilization of lipase using the polymer of polyglycol diacrylate as carrier
【摘要】 研究了聚乙二醇二丙烯酸酯 (PEGDA)作为预聚物 ,三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯 (TMPTA)为交联剂 ,紫外光引发交联聚合 ,实现对脂肪酶固定化的方法 .结果表明所制备的固定化酶与游离酶相比催化活性提高了 8倍以上 ,且其稳定性及对环境的适应性也大大提高 ,在 95 %的乙醇中浸泡 5 d后 ,其催化活力仍有 96 %之多 .
【Abstract】 The immobilization of lipase using polymer as carrier was studied.The polyglycol diacrylate (PEGDA)crosslinked with TMPTA were synthesized by UV-induced polymerization to make lipase carrier. The result showed that this polymer is an effective carrier, lipase is immobilized on this carrier,its activities were improved more than 8 times and 96% activity of immobilized lipase is retained after it is soaked in ethanol(95%) for 5 days.
