黄瓜去顶苗花分化临界期的确定及内源激素的动态变化

【摘要】 通过在诱花和诱芽培养基之间转换培养,发现黄瓜去顶苗花分化临界期是培养后的第5至6天(即去顶后的3至4天).对花芽分化初期子叶节中内源激素质量分数的测定表明,IAA质量分数在花芽分化初期处于较低水平,ZT质量分数呈下降趋势,GA3质量分数则出现升-降-升的波动状态.ZT/IAA、GA3/IAA比值的变化趋势相似,0至2天上升,2至3天下降,3至4天再上升.根据实验结果,联系黄瓜去顶苗成花的形态变化过程,对激素质量分数变化与花芽分化之间的关系进行了讨论.

【Abstract】 Through the inter-transferring with flower-induction and vegetative bud-induction medium, the critical period of floral differentiation in the decapitated seedlings of cucumber was founded to be the 56 th day after culture (34 th day after decapitation). The results of changes of endogenous hormone contents at early stage of floral differentiation in cotyledonary nodes of cucumber seedlings after decapitation were as follows: The contents of IAA and ZT in cotyledonary nodes of the cucumber seedlings within 04 d after decapitation decreases while the level of GA3 first increases then declines within 13 d, after that it increases again. The ratio of ZT/IAA increases within 02 d and drops rapidly on the 3 rd day, then goes up to the peak on the 4 th day. The change of GA3/IAA ratio is similar as ZT/IAA. Based on these results, the relationship between these physiological changes and the floral bud differentiation was discussed.
