锅炉过热蒸汽温度控制新策略动态仿真研究
Dynamic Simulation Study of A New Strategy of Boiler Superheated Steam Temperature Control
【摘要】 提出了一种锅炉过热蒸汽温度控制新策略,即通过检测烟气温度及其变化趋势来提前调节减温水量,从而有效地控制过热蒸汽超温。以1台300MWW型火焰锅炉的过热系统为研究对象,采用机理建模的方法,建立了锅炉过热系统较为细化的集总参数动态数学模型,模拟了蒸汽压力、减温水量及烟气温度变化时锅炉过热系统多个基本参数的变化过程,对仿真结果进行了分析,并验证了这种锅炉过热蒸汽温度控制新策略的有效性。
【Abstract】 A new strategy of boiler superheated steam temperature control is presented, which regulates the mass flow of desuperheater spray ahead of time by detecting flue-gas temperature and its change trend to control superheated steam temperature. Using a 300MW W-flame boiler as an example, the dynamic mathematical model of the superheat system is built up. Several dynamic processes are simulated and the variations of the main parameters of the superheat system are shown in curves. The results are analyzed and the validity of the control strategy is proved.
