【Abstract】 Under the serious situation of present environmental problems, how should logistics, as an industry closely related to human production andlife, choose its developing direction, which becomes a key problem. This article started with this point, analyzes the benefit of environmental logistics on enterprises and society, and probes into the strategies and ways to develop China’s environmental logistics from both enterprise and overall angle simultaneously.
