国际海运政策中的自由主义和保护主义

【摘要】 通过对不同国家和地区在不同时期所采取的海运政策的分析,对海运政策中的自由主义和保护主义的本质进行了阐述,说明了海运政策中自由主义和保护主义之间的相辅相成的辩证关系。
