【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the present navigation situation of the Yellow Sea and the East China Sea, and suggests setting up the traffic separation on the Yellow Sea and the East China Sea at the longitude of 123 degrees as the midline for the up-down ships. With the original traffic separation given by the Ministry of Communications of China, the ships will have tow choices to select the way, meanwhile it will limit the peccancy fishing vessel, so far to normalize the navigation method and ensure the ship抯 safety.
