P-gP、GST-π、TOPO-Ⅱ、C-erbB-2及p53在大肠癌中的表达与临床意义
Expression of P-gp,GST - π,TopoisomeraseⅡ, C-erbB-2 and p53 Protein in Colorectal Carcinoma and Their Clinical Significance
【摘要】 目的 探讨耐药基因蛋白P-gp、GST-π、ToPO-Ⅱ、癌基因C-erbB-2及p53的表达与组织学分级、临床分期及淋巴结转移的相关性。方法 用免疫组化方法检测60例大肠癌根治术标本中P-gp、GST-π、TOPO-Ⅱ、C-erbB-2和p53的表达。结果 P-gp和CerbB-2与肉眼类型、临床分期相关,GST-π与肉眼类型、临床分期及淋巴结转移相关,p53与肉眼类型、临床分期、组织学分级相关,TOPO-Ⅱ与本组临床病理参数均无相关性。结论应用免疫组化法检测大肠癌组织中GST-π、TOPO-Ⅱ、C-erbB-2及p53的表达,对肿瘤的化疗药物选择和预后判断具有临床意义。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the correlation of P - gp(P - glycoprotein), glutathione - s - transferase -π(GST-π) , topoisomerase Ⅱ(TOPO -Ⅱ), c - erbB - 2 and p53 protein , and histopathological grading, clinical staging,and lymph node metastases in colorectal carcinoma. Methods Sixty patients with colorectal carcinoma were studied for expression of P - gp, GST - π, TOPO - Ⅱ, C - erbB - 2 and p53 protein using immunohis tochemistry. Results P - gp and CerbB - 2 expression were correlated with type and clinical staging , GST - πexpression were correlated with type and clinical staging and lymph node metastases, p53 expression were correlated with type and clinical staging and histopathological grading, the correlation of TOPO - Ⅱ expression with these clinical pathological parameters was not verified. Conclusion Status of expression of GST-π,TOPO - Ⅱ ,C erbB - 2 and p53 protein detected by immunohistochemistry is of clinical significance for clinical chemotherapy and for prognosis in colorectal carcinoma.
