【摘要】 目的　研究黄芪甲甙对病毒性心肌炎的细胞凋亡作用。方法　Balb/c小鼠腹腔接种CVB3建立病毒性心肌炎模型 ,随机分为黄芪甲甙治疗组及生理盐水对照组 ,心肌HE染色观察心肌病理改变 ,原位末端标记法与流式细胞仪方法观察细胞凋亡指数。结果　黄芪甲甙治疗组心肌病理积分明显低于对照组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,细胞凋亡指数 [( 7.6± 3.2 ) %vs ( 1 2 .3± 3.6) % ,t=3.2 6,P <0 .0 5 ]及凋亡率[( 9.5± 5 .3) %vs ( 2 7.8± 9.2 ) % ,t=6.5 8,P <0 .0 1 ]均明显低于对照组。结论　黄芪甲甙对Balb/c小鼠CVB3病毒性心肌炎有显著的抗细胞凋亡的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of astragaloside on apoptosis in viral myocarditis. Methods Four-weeks-old BALB/C mice ,inoculated with Nancy strain of CVB 3, were randomized to 2 groups and served as controls with normal saline and treatment controls with astragaloside. Myocardial histopathology was determined and scored with hematoxylin and eosin(HE) stain and apoptosis index of cardiac myocytes were measured by TUNEL assay and flow cytometry respectively . Results The scores was significantly reduced in the treatment controls with astragaloside than that in controls with normal saline(P<0.01). Apoptosis index of cardiac myocytes by TUNEL assay [(7.6±3.2)% vs (12.3±3.6)%,t=3.26, P<0.05] and flow cytometry[(9.5±5.3)% vs (27.8±9.2)%,t= 6.58,P<0.01] was lower in astragaloside treatment group compared with that in control group respectively. Conclusion Astragaloside possesses significant effect on anti-apoptosis in viral myocarditis with CVB 3 in Balb/c mice.更多还原
