【摘要】 目的　探讨对于不同耳廓外伤处理的方法 ,减少耳廓畸形的发生。方法　对于耳廓血肿者 ,采用粗针头抽出积血 ,或手术切开清理积血或血块 ,对于撕裂伤者 ,彻底清创缝合 ,尽量保留皮肤及存活软骨。结果　 2 1例患者 1周内愈合 ,占 70 % ,9例并发软骨膜炎 (占 30 % ) ,半月内痊愈。结论　耳廓外伤就诊时间愈短 ,愈合率愈高。正确处理及彻底清创是耳廓外伤愈合的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the treatments of different injuries of auricle and reduce the chances of auricle malformation. Methods For the auricle hematoma,we can take the long-standing blood or blood lumps out by thick syringe needle or by surgical operation.For the tear injury,it is essential to remain skin and alive cartilages by thoroughly cleaning and suturing the wounds.Results 21 cases were healed in a week,accounting for 70%.9 cases (30%)who complicated suppurative perichondritis of auricle were healed in half a month.Conclusion The sooner auricle injury were treated,the higher rate of recovery.Correct treatment and thorough cleaning the wounds are the keys of auricle injury recovery.更多还原
