【摘要】 目的　了解河南省百日咳疫情回升原因和法定传染病报告病例诊断准确性。方法　对 2 0 0 3年河南省法定传染病系统报告的部分病例进行回顾性调查 ,调查资料使用SPSS 11.0软件统计方法分析。结果　法定传染病系统报告的病例准确性不高 (5 0 / 14 1)。结论　近年百日咳报告病例的增多与医务工作者对法定传染病报告意识的增强和诊断标准掌握不严有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To know the reason why the incidence of current pertussis rises in Henan province and the accuracy of diagnosing pertussis from National Notifiable Reporting System. Methods The pertussis cases were investigated and verified through retrospective investigation . Survey materials were analyzed by using SPSS11.0 software. Results Accuracy diagnosed of the cases from National Notifiable Reporting System is not high(50/141). Conclusion The reason why the incidence of current pertussis rises involved the enhancement on understanding of infectious disease report and low accuracy diagnosed of the cases from National Notifiable Reporting System.更多还原
