【摘要】 目的　研究洛阳市桶装纯净水生产企业实施危害分析关键控制点 (HACCP)措施后对产品质量的影响。方法　对洛阳市 4家生产条件较好的纯净水生产企业的臭氧杀菌后水、灌装间空气、空桶和盖子、二级反渗透后水和成品水 ,于实施HACCP前后分别检测菌落总数、电导率。结果　实施HACCP后与实施前比较 ,各关键点样品的菌落总数以及二级反渗透后水和成品水的电导率明显下降。结论　严格实施HACCP ,对关键控制点采取措施 ,能有效保证产品的卫生质量更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of HACCP (hazard analyse and critical control point)on the quality of barrel purified drinking water produced in Luoyang.Methods The cfu (colony forming units) and conductance rate of ozono disinfected water、the air in transfusing room、empty barrel、cap of barrel、secondary reverse osmosis water and final products were detected and cnalysed before and after corducting HACCP.Results The cfu and concluctance rate of secondary reverse osmosis water and final products declined significantly after HACCP measures were taken.Conclusion HACCP technique can obviously inprove the quality of product.更多还原
