【摘要】 目的　探讨慢性肝炎纤维化对慢性肝炎的影响。方法　对 4 0例用某胶囊治疗的慢性乙型肝炎病人及未用某胶囊的 30例对照病人治疗前后的血清标本进行血清PCⅢ、HA、LN水平的检测。结果　经某胶囊治疗后使治疗前升高的血清PCⅢ、HA、LM水平明显降低 ,且显著低于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,从而证明某胶囊有降低血清PCⅢ、HA、LM水平 ,进而减轻肝纤维化作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the effect of Ruangan Yin on hepatitis B fibrosis.Methods To test the level of PCⅢ,HA and LM in the blood serums specimen from 40 cases of hepatitis B treated by Ruangan Yin and 30 control cases of hepatitis B without being treated with the therapy before and after the treatment.Results Precollagenous fibers(PCⅢ),Hyaluronic Acid(HA)and Lamellar Mucin(LM) increased before treatment were dramatically decreased,especially compared with the control group(P< 0.05) after the application of the therapy,so it has proved Ruangan Yin has the effects of decreasing the level of PCⅢ,HA,LM and fibrosis of the liver.更多还原
