【摘要】 目的　评价乳管内视镜对乳头溢液诊治的作用。方法　应用FVS 35 0 0纤维乳管镜系统对 735例乳头溢液患者进行检查。结果　渗出性病变 2 0 8例 (导管炎 184例、导管扩张 2 4例 ) ;占位性病变 5 15例 (导管内乳头状瘤 397例、乳头状瘤病 70例、导管癌 4 8例 ) ;正常 12例。盲检 18例 ,其中导管癌 3例 ,炎症 15例。手术30 6例 ,经病理证实符合率 83.7%。结论　乳管内视镜能明确乳头溢液病因 ,确定病变部位 ,能早期诊断乳腺癌更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate breast fiberoptic ductoscopy(FDS)in the diagnosis and treatment of abnormal nipple discharge. Methods 735 patients with nipple discharge were examined by fiberoptic ductoscopy(FVS-3000). Results 208 patients were found to have exudative lesion(ductal ectasin in 24 cases. chronic inflammation in 184 cases).515 patients were found to have space occupying lesion intraductal papilloma 397 cases. and papillomatosis 70 cases,duct cancer 48 cases. Normal duct in 12 cases,non vision biopsy 18 cases, ductal cancer 3 cases ,inflammation 15 cases.306 cases underewent surgery .diagnosis was confirmed by pathology in 83.7%. Conclusion Fiberoptic duct endoscopy can locate accurate site and pathogeny of nipple discharge to improve diagnosis of early breast cancer.更多还原
