【摘要】 目的　探讨治疗重度先天性上睑下垂的有效手术方法。方法　对 2 6例 (35只眼 )重度先天性上睑下垂患者施行改良式提上睑肌缩短术。结果　治愈 34只眼 ,占 97.14 % ,随访 6月～ 2年 ,效果满意。结论　该术式效果肯定 ,在改善功能和美学方面优势明显更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate effective method for the treatment of congenital ptosis with severe cases. Methods 26 cases ( 35 eyes ) with severe congenital ptosis received modified levator muscle shortness. Results 34 eyes ( 97.14% ) obtained success, and followed-up 6 month～2 years, effect is satisfactory. Conclusion Modified levator muscle shortness not only had positive effect but also had advantages of functional and aesthetics correcting effect.更多还原
