【摘要】 目的　探讨骨科老年糖尿病病人的围手术期处理特点。方法　对自 2 0 0 1年 7月～ 2 0 0 4年 5月骨科手术病人中的 31例并存糖尿病的老年患者的血糖水平及术后伤口愈合情况进行回顾分析。结果　病人术前空腹血糖水平 :6 4～ 8 3mmol/L。 31例病人中Ⅰ期愈合 2 9例 ,Ⅱ期愈合 2例。无血栓形成、低血糖、心脑血管意外等并发症发生。结论　在围手术期严格要求控制血糖 ,及术后有效的功能锻炼 ,是减少手术并发症的关键更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the peri-operative management of the elderly diabetics with orthpaedic conditions.Methods 31 patients with diabetes mellitus who received operation in orthopaedic department of our hospital(from July 2001 to May 2004)were retrospectively analyzed for the preoperative blood glucose level and wound healing.Results The preoperative value of fasting blood glucose (FBG) ranged from 6.4mmol/L to 8.3mmol/LSmong 31 patients.29 patients had stage Ⅰ wound healing,while 2 patients had stage Ⅱ wound healing.No thrombosis,hypoglycemia,cardiac and cerebral vascular accidents occurred in this group.Conclusion Both strict glycemic control in the perioperative period and active exercise of the limbs are important to prevent the surgical complications.更多还原
