【摘要】 目的　观察新型GyneFixIN宫内节育器的临床效果。 方法　采用对比性研究 ,以知情选择与随机放置相结合方法 ,给 4 89例健康已婚经产的育龄妇女放置三种不同宫内节育器 ,其中GyneFixINIUD15 4例 ,Tcu2 2 0CIUD16 7例 ,MLcu375IUD16 8例。在放置后 1、3、6、12、2 4个月在妇女单月健康检查时各随访 1次 ,累计 2 4个月。结果　脱落率 ,Tcu2 2 0CIUD为 3 6 % ,MLcu375IUD为 4 8%。GyneFixINIUD为 0 6 % ,明显低于其它两组 (P <0 0 5 )。妊娠率 :Tcu2 2 0CIUD为 3 0 % ,MLcu375IUD为 3 0 % ;GyneFixINIUD为 0 6 % ,与前两组相比 ,有显著差异性 (P <0 0 5 )。因症取出率 :Tcu2 2 0CIUD为 3 6 % ,MLcu375IUD为 4 5 % ;GyneFixINIUD为 1 3% ,明显低于前两组 (P <0 0 5 )。续用率 :Tcu2 2 0CIUD为 87 4 % ,MLcu375为 85 .9% ,GyneFix INIUD为 94 6 % ,明显高于前两组 ,差异有星著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　GyneFixINIUD避孕效果明显 ,具有脱落率低 ,续用率高、不良反应小 ,适用范围广等特点 ,是目前临床上较理想的IUD。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of GyneFixIN IUD as a new device . Methods Three types of IUDs were adopted in healthy fertile women with known choice way or random way among 489 cases, GyneFixIN IUD accounted for 154women,TCu220C IUD for 167 and MLcu 375 IUD for 168. They were followed up by 1、3、6、12、24months later after the manipulation to analyse the outcome of the employment of three differen types of IUDs with life-table statistics.Results Over 2 years the rates of expulsion were TCu 220C IUD(3.6%), MLCu 375 IUD(4.8%); GyneFix IN IUD(0.6%) which is lower than the other two groups(P<0.05).The rates of pregnant were TCu220C IUD (3.0%) ,MLCu 375IUD(3.0%),GyneFix IN IUD(0.6%)(P<0.05).The rates of withdrawing of IUD were TCu 220C IUD(3.6%),MLCu 375 IUD(4.5%),GyenFix IN IUD(1.3%)which is lower than the other two groups (P<0.05).The rates of continuously utilizing of IUD were TCu 220C IUD(87.4%).MLCu 375(85.9%) GyneFix IN IUD(94.6%)-higher than the other two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion This kind IUD is a promising new reversible contraceptive option, it is highly effective and its design characteristics account for the absence of expulsion minimizes the side effects, it is suitable for a wider range of women’s health needs.更多还原
