【摘要】 目的　了解河南省非结核分枝杆菌感染发病情况 ,探讨非结核分枝杆菌肺病的有效治疗方案。方法　对调查点的儿童做PPD试验 ;肺部异常阴影 ,痰抗酸杆菌阳性患者做培养、耐药试验和菌型鉴定 ;确诊为非结核分枝杆菌肺病的患者给予治疗。结果　结核杆菌感染率为 2 0 8% ,非结核分枝杆菌感染率 10 9% ;非结核分枝杆菌肺病患者痰菌耐药率 10 0 % ;治愈率 6 8 8%。结论　合理的化疗方案对非结核分枝杆菌肺病可取得较满意的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To know the incidence of non-TB baccillus infection in Henan and to explore it treatment. Methods Conduct PPD test on children of investigation spot culture drug tolerance test and bacteria type evaluation were done to those patients with abnormal shadow of lung, and positive antiacid bacillus of sputum;Treatment were given to those diagnosed as non-TB bacillus pulmonary disease.Results TB bacillus infection rate is 20.8%, non-TB bacilluas infection rate is 10.9%; the sputum bacteria drug-tolerence rate of non-TB bacillus is 100%,healing rate 68.8%.Conclusion The reasonable chemotherapy plan is effective to lung disease of non-TB bacillus infection.更多还原
