【摘要】 目的　为了解医院的消毒状况 ,分析存在的问题 ,防止院内感染提供参考。方法　监测方法按照《消毒技术规范》2 0 0 2版的要求进行 ,物表、手采用棉拭子涂抹法 ,消毒剂、湿化透析液无菌采样 ,带回实验室检验。结果　物体表面及医护人员手共采样 130 0份 ,合格 112 0份 ,合格率为 86 15 %。消毒剂及氧气湿化液、血液净化透析液共采样 371份 ,合格 32 9份 ,总合格率为 88 6 8%。结论　检验室、病房合格率低主要是抽查检测的初消液、门把手、电话合格率低所致 ,所以应加强门把手、电话的消毒 ,加强初消液配制的管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To know the sterilization situation of hospitals, analyze the existing proplems and prevent intrahospital infection. Methods Conduct surveillance according to “Sterilization Technology Code”(2002 edition),take cotton swab smearmethod for object surface and hands,sterilization sampling of disinfectant and moisturing dialytic liquid, taken back to lab for test.Results Total sampling 1300 pieces of object surface and medical staffs hands,qualified 1120 pieces, qualfication rate 86.15%, Disinfectant and oxygen moisture liquid、 blood purification dialytic liquid, total samples 371 pieces qualified 329, total qualification rate 88.68%.Conclusion The low qualification rate of lab and ward is due to the low rate of knobs、 telephone,so the sterilization of knobs and telephone and the management of preparation of preliminary sterilizer liquid should be strengthened.更多还原
