【摘要】 目的　观察癌胚抗原对患者肿瘤发生的阳性符合率。方法　本文采用人血清癌胚抗原化学发光免疫诊断试剂盒 (LuniassayTMCEA)与CEA免疫放射试剂盒两种检测方法的结果进行对比分析。 结果　对36 4例血清样本进行测定 ,其符合率为 96 .7% ,相关性为r =0 .983。结论　两种试剂的检测结果进行t检验 ,P>0 .0 5 ,两种方法无显著性差异更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the positive rate of cancerous patients determined by carcinoembryonic antigen. Methods To analyze the results of LumiassayTM CEA and CEA radioimmunoassay. Results The two methods were interrelated in 364 serum samples,the accordance rate is 96.7% (r=0.983).
