【摘要】 目的　评价喷昔洛韦乳膏联合迪赛片口服治疗复发性生殖器疱疹的疗效。方法　治疗组 16 0例给予迪赛片口服 ,喷昔洛韦乳膏外用 ,对照组 16 8例给予左旋咪唑口服片、阿昔洛韦乳膏外用联合治疗。结果　治疗组 5、7天疗效观察 ,治愈 76 9% ,80 6 % ,有效率 82 5 %、91 2 % ,对照组 5、7d疗效观察治愈率 4 1 7%、4 9% ,有效率 6 2 5 %、6 3% ,X12 =30 2 1,P <0 0 1,X12 =6 2 84 ,P <0 0 1,半年、1年随访时两组对照X12 =2 0 2 ,P <0 0 1,一年时X22 =15 6 4 ,P <0 0 1差别有高度显著性。结论　迪赛片和喷昔洛韦乳膏联合治疗复发性生殖器疱疹疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of penciclovir cream and thymopeptide enteric-coated tablets to treat relapsing genitals herpes.Methods The observed groups 160 cases were treated with penciclovir and thymopeptide enteric-coated tablets,the control groups 168 cases were treated with Levamisole hydrochloride and Aciclovir cream.Reults The cure rates of observed group respectively were 76.9% and 80.6% and control group were 41.7% and 49%,the effective rates of observed group respectively were 82.5% and 91.2% and control group were 62.5% and 63% at 5 th and 7 th days,and there was significant difference(X 1 2=30.21,P<0.01;X 2 2=62.84,P<0.01).After the cure half a year and one year,there was significant the difference(X 1 2=20.2,P< 0.01;X 2 2=15.64,P<0.01).Conclusion Penciclovir and thymopeptide enteric-coated tablets have high effect in preventing relapse of genital herpes.更多还原
