【摘要】 目的　调查在郑州市出版发行的报载医疗广告违法现象 ,分析发生问题的原因 ,探讨进一步加强报载医疗广告监督的措施。方法　从郑州市六种报纸 2 0 0 3年 1～ 5月份刊载的医疗广告中随机抽取 89则 ,依据有关法律法规的规定探讨其存在的违法现象。结果　完全合法的医疗广告占抽查医疗广告的 14 6 %。报载医疗广告中违法现象最突出的是擅自发布 ,占 36 0 % ;篡改医疗广告证明内容的占 33 7% ;只有工商或卫生行政部门的一种批证 ,占 6 7% ;两种批证都有但更改实际发布广告内容的 ,占 9 0 %。结论　郑州市报载媒体非法医疗广告违法现象较为严重。应进一步加强立法和法制宣传教育 ,加大监管力度 ,全方位、多部门配合规范医疗广告市场更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the present situation of illegal medical advertisements in the newspapers and discuss further measures to supervise the medical advertisements in the newspapers. Methods Randomly choose 89 cases from six kinds of newspapers issued from Jan.to May 2003. Results Only 14.6% of the ads chosen are legal.The most serious problem is that 36.0% of the ads are published without permission.33.7% of the ads chosen falsified their certificates.6.7% of the ads get authorization from the industry and commerce bureau or sanitary administrative units.9.0% of the ads get authorization but falsify the contents of the ads.Conclusion The problem mentioned above deserves our attention.Legislation should be strengthened and the sense of legality should be enhanced.Different departments should cooperate to supervise the medical advertisements markets.更多还原
