【摘要】 目的　用简单的方法防止或减轻全麻气管插管过程中病人牙齿损伤。方法　牙齿护垫的制作 :取一块长 80mm ,宽 30mm ,厚 1mm的纯铝片 ,先折成 8cmU字型 ,再将其弯曲成人牙齿排列的形状 (半径约 3cm) ,最后将其边角磨钝即可。牙齿护垫的使用 :气管插管全麻病人在麻醉诱导满意后 ,将其套在牙齿上 ,再按常规置入麻醉喉镜暴露声门进行气管插管。结果　全组 85例病人无牙齿折断或脱落 ,插管均顺利完成。其中 5例病人由于术前牙齿有较为严重病变 ,气管插管过程牙齿松动加剧同时伴牙龈出血。结论　牙齿护垫制作简单、使用方便 ,可防止或减轻气管插管过程中病人牙齿损伤更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective A simple method for protecting teeth or reducing the injury during tracheal intubations. Methods Making of the teeth protector:Take a piece of aluminium foil (80×30×1mm) to be bent to a 80cm long U shape then along one side made it as the curve of teeth order(radius 3cm).Use of teeth protector:Cover the loose or absent teeth before exposing the vocal cords with the Macintosh curved blade laryngoscope.Results 85 patients with loose or absent teeth had accomplished the vocal cords exposure and tracheal intubations without any teeth losses or broke.5 patients had got their teeth looser than before and bleeding in the gum because their teeth shaking seriously.There were no significant differences on conduct of laryngoscopy with or without the use of teeth protector.Conclusion The teeth protector can produce protective effects on patients of loose or absent teeth during tracheal intubations.更多还原
