【摘要】 目的　研究口服替加氟增敏后程加速超分割放射治疗食管癌的疗效。方法　将 12 0例食管癌患者 ,随机分为后程加速超分割放疗合并口服替加氟组 (实验组 )和常规放疗组 (对照组 ) ,每组 6 0例。实验组前程常规分割 ,剂量达 4 0Gy后缩野并改为每日 2次 ,每次 1.4Gy ,间隔 4h～ 6h ,总剂量均为 6 5 .2Gy ,并从放疗开始即口服替加氟 ,每日 3次 ,每次 0 .3g至放疗结束 ;对照组常规分割 ,每周 5次 ,每次 3野 ,每次 2 .0Gy ,总剂量为6 6Gy。 结果　实验组和对照组放疗结束时肿瘤完全消失率分别为 78.3%和 5 8.4 % (P <0 .0 5 ) ;1年局部控制率和生存率分别为 73.3% ,5 1.7%和 86 .7% ,6 8.3% (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　口服替加氟增敏后程加速超分割放射治疗食管癌可提高疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate curative efficiency of Tegafur Tablets combined with late course accelerated hyperfractionation radiotherapy for advanced esophageal cancer. Methods 120 patients with advanced esophageal cancer were randomly divided into 2 groups (treatment group and control group),each group 60 cases: Treatment group was treated with combined late course accelerated radiotherapy and Tegafur tablets; Control group was treated with conventional fraction radiation. Control group received 2.0Gy per fraction, five fraction a week with the total doses of 66 Gy, Treatment group received the first four weeks of the course of radiotherapy as the same schedule as control group, then followed by accelerated fractionation using reduced fields changed into 1.4Gy twice a day, with an interval of 4～6 hours between fractions to total doses of 65.2Gy. While takes Tegafur Tablets 0.3g, 3 times one day all period of treatment. Results For treatment group and control group, esophageal lesion complete relief rates were respectively 78.3% and 58.4% (P<0.05), The one year local control rates were respectively73.3%, 51.7 % and one year survival rates were respectively 86.7, 68.3%(P<0.05). Conclusion It showed significant efficiency that oral Tegafur combined with late course accelerated hyperfractionation radiotherapy for advanced esophageal cancer.更多还原
