【摘要】 目的　探讨E 钙粘素的表达与乳腺癌病理分级 ,临床分期的关系。方法　应用免疫组织化学方法检测 1 1 6例乳腺癌中E 钙粘素的表达。结果　 1 1 6例中E 钙粘素的异常表达率为 5 7 8% ,E 钙粘素的异常表达与乳腺癌的病理分级及临床分期有关。结论　E 钙粘素异常表达与乳腺癌恶性程度有关 ,可以作为检测乳腺癌分期、分级的重要指标更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between E cadherin(E cad) expression and the pathological grade、clinical stage in breast cancer.Methods E cadherin was detected in 116 cases with breast cancer by using immunohistochemical method.Results The abnormal expression rate of E cadherin was 57.8%.The abnormal expression was related to the pathological grade、clinical stage.Conclusion Abnormal expression of E cad in related to malignant tendency of breast cancer,and can be used as a marker of grade、stage of breast cancer.更多还原
