【摘要】 目的　在 2 5℃和 37℃下研究头孢呋辛钠注射液与 6种药物配伍的稳定性。方法　采用紫外分光光度法测定头孢呋辛钠注射液与 6种药物配伍后头孢呋辛钠的含量 ,同时观察外观变化及测pH值。结果　头孢呋辛钠注射液与氨茶碱注射液配伍后pH值及含量显著下降 ;与鱼腥草注射液配伍pH值明显上升 ;与盐酸氨溴索注射液、克林霉素注射液、氨甲苯酸注射液、茵栀黄注射液配伍后性质稳定。结论　头孢呋辛钠注射液与氨茶碱注射液不能合用 ;与鱼腥草注射液应谨慎配伍 ;与盐酸氨溴索注射液、克林霉素注射液、氨甲苯酸注射液、茵栀黄注射液可以配伍使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To Study the compatible stability of cefuroxime sodium injection with 6 drugs under temperature 25℃ and 37℃.Methods Uv-vis was applied to the quantitation analysis of cefuroxime sodium injection with 6 drugs,pH and the aspect was observed too.Changes after mixing in appearance,pH and the contents of cefuroxime sodium were determined.Results The mixture of cefuroxime sodium injection with aminophylline resulted in significant drop in pH and the contents of cefuroxime sodium;with yuxingcao injection in marked increased pH;with other 4 drugs(ambroxol hydrochloride injection,clindamycine injection,aminomethylbenzoic acid injection,yinzhihuang injection)no significant change was found.Conclusion Cefuroxime sodium injection could not be compatible with aminophylline injection and could be compatible with yuxingcao injection with caution,could be compatible with other 4 drugs injection.更多还原
