【摘要】 目的　探讨以手术治疗为主的综合疗法对下肢深静脉血栓 (DVT)的疗效及治疗DVT的最佳方案。方法　回顾分析 1998年 4月～ 2 0 0 3年 7月收治 37例DVT的临床资料和治疗方法及效果。结果　 5例周围型DVT非手术治疗治愈 ,3例混合型DVT非手术治疗症状改善 ,但遗留DVT后遗症 ,2 9例中心型和混合型DVT手术辅助以溶栓 ,抗凝祛聚治疗 ,15例治愈 ,14例症状明显改善 ,6例有DVT后遗症。结论　周围型DVT不需要手术 ;以手术为主、辅以抗凝祛聚的综合治疗 ,可使中心型和混合型DVT达到治愈效果更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect about the synthetic therapy which was mainly used operation and investigate the best method to treat DVT.Methods Clinical data of 37 cases of DVT from April 1998 to July 2003 were restrospectively analyzed.Results 5 cases of surrounding type DVT were treated by thrombolytic therapy and the patients recovered,3 cases of mix type DVT received the same treatment had the symptoms relieved but remained the syndome after DVT, 29 cases of centrum and mix-type were treated with operative thrombectomy,15 patients recovered, 14 patients had the symptom relieved, 6 patients had remained the syndome after DVT.Conclusion Surrounding type of DVT does not need operations. The operative thrombectomy combined with anticoagulation platelet function suppressants and fibrinolytic therapy may be the best method to treat DVT of lower extremities and the effect was satisfactory.更多还原
