【摘要】 目的　探讨经尿道前列腺气化电切术 (TUVP)配合钬激光碎石术治疗高危重度前列腺增生 (BPH)并膀胱结石的疗效。方法　采用TUVP配合钬激光治疗高危重度BPH合并膀胱结石 18例。结果　 18例患者均一次治疗成功 ,无膀胱穿孔 ,术后大出血等并发症 ,术后 1个月复查最大尿流率 (MFR)平均上升 18.5ml/s。结论　TUVP结合钬激光是治疗高危重度BPH合并膀胱结石的一种安全有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To probe into the transurethral electrovaporization ablation of the prostate (TUVP) combined with Ho:YAG laser lithotripsy for treatment of the prostate in high risk patients with large volume BPH and bladder stones.Methods 18 patients with high risk and large volume BPH and bladder stones were operated with TUVP and Ho:YAG laser lithotripsy at the same time.Results Of all cases, BPH and bladder stones were successfully treated in one operation and no major complations such as bladder perforation,serious postoperative bleeding have been observed.All patients had a postoperative maximum flow rate (MFR) increased 18.5ml/s average.Conclusions Combining TUVP with Ho:YAG laser lithotripsy is a safe and effective treatment method for patients with high risk and large volume BPH and bladder stones.更多还原
